Can't upload behavior/resource packs to my realm.

Whenever I try to upload some behavior/resource packs to a Realm, it either says "Cannot upload pack s" whatever that means, or just something else similar. I've been trying for multiple days. Also, whenever I try to upload a world with resource/behavior packs, it doesn't work either. It'd be nice to get something working for $7.99 a month. Basically
