Cannot connect to the world

I am trying several times to connect to a friend´s world but it doesn´t connect, I tried to invite her to one of mines worlds but it doesn´t work either, I´ve already tried no firewall, vpn, reseting the game, the pc, uninstalling the game, but none of it works
