UI flickers while loading into a world

The User Interface flickers while loading into a world. It flickers saying "Starting world", after it says "EMPTY".

How to reproduce:

Load into a world
Observe the loading screen.

Observed results: The loading screen flickers.

Expected Results: The loading screen should not flicker.
