Unable to join friend's worlds and they cannot join mine.

When playing Minecraft using Wi-Fi everything works fine but when I am unable to use Wi-Fi I use mobile data on my PC and when I try to play Minecraft I am unable join my friends worlds, and they are not able to join mine.

I have unlimited data and it works fine with other games like Apex and Overwatch.
