Some Create a character elements not appearing

Since the hot fix some of the create a character elements that I owned previously have disappeared, such as the capes, face wear and footwear. Also all of my skin packs which I have spent money on have disappeared. I dont know why I still play bedrock because I buy something and it just disappears
