Lamp won't turn on when lever is on or vice versa

Summary:

My lamp won't turn on property after update to 1.16.0.57

Step to reproduce:

1. Place a Redstone Lamp
2. Place a lever on the bottom of the lamp
3. Turn on in the fast

Observed Results:

My lamp not working. 

Expected Results:

My lamp should be turn on.
