Netherite is destroyable by TNT

Summary: Normally Netherite can survive fire and lava. Somehow, they cannot survive TNT explosions.

How to reproduce:

1. Drop a Netherite item on the ground
2. Place a TNT block near the Netherite item
3. Light the TNT with a flint and steel or fire charge

Expected Result: The Netherite Item survives the explosion like Nether Star does.

Actual Result: The Netherite item dies from the explosion, making Nether Stars the only item to survive TNT explosions.
