not detect keyboard and mouse

I using samsung s7+tab and a keyboard cover

When I using keyboard cover to play the screen also had screen control button

I try to control keyboard cover touch pad will display a mouse and cannot move normal

Also, I tried use bluetooth mouse also had a same problem
