Multiplayer settings

I can't turn on my multiplayer settings. I've been searching all over the net. I'm really frustrated because i want to play with my brother but i can't. I attached some photos. Before i play i edit my multiplayer settings you can see there that it's on. When i'm inside the game now as you can see there is no invite button. And when i click the settings the multiplayer settings is off. I don't know what to do now. I hope you can get back to me right away thanks
