Profile button bugs when you press the touch screen (nintendo switch)

Ok so I noticed this bug where whenever you touch the Touch Screen on the Nintendo Switch, a second profile button appears on top of the first one. 

How to reproduce:

1. Load into any world, realm or public sever. 
2. Press + to pause the game. 
3. Press the touch screen anywhere.

Expected results: The profile button stays as normal.

Observed results: A second profile button  appears above the first one.
