i can't play on realm also crashing when i sign in on account

This is too long for waiting, i almost a month for waiting on respond but no one have a good report or feedback me they say report on this report on them this is shame man, i almost spend a lot of money for this and this is what i got?

i reprted this before but no action has done, my realm are unable to join and whe everytime i sign in my game will crahed always!!
