ESBE shaders not working on xbox one s

Usually, if I have my shaders activated the water would be more reflective and there would be more shadows, but it's just like normal minecraft. I test to see if it would work on my phone if I join my xbox's game and it does work on my phone but not my xbox , if i could get an explanation that would be great! Thanks
