Basalt And Blackstone Broken In Add Ons

Both Blackstone and Basalt are unavailable in the creative inventory or through give commands. The blocks will generate in places like Basalt Deltas or Bastions, but they are unable to be pick-blocked and won't drop anything when mined.

It should be noted that all the other variants like Polished Basalt are available.

Expected Behavior:

 - Basalt and Blackstone function correctly

Actual Behavior:

 - Basalt and Blackstone are unobtainable

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create an add-on
2. Blackstone and Basalt should no longer be in the Creative Inventory
