Block lag when mining with a efficiency and unbreaking pickaxe

When mining or breaking blocks with efficiency and unbreaking pickaxe or shovels and axe the block may not break and will reapear which will cause players to die not knowing the block never broke so i ask mojang to see this and fix it please
