Bought game through microsoft store, still says in trial and cant play

Yesterday I purchased Mine Craft through microsoft store on my laptop and it i go into my map and it says in trial please purchase game, I start a new world and its trial all over again. i managed to play for four hours after i bought the game and then all this trial stuff started happening

also* i have no sound for some reason, this all started when the "trial" Problem happened
