I cant craft any armor or tools out of iron or diamonds.

This happened after a glitch that killed me. I was in a boat killed some drowned that got in the boat and then after I got back in the boat I drowned even tough I got out of the boat. Now I can't craft any diamond tools or armor or ant out of iron.
