MCPE 1.16.40 can not break or place blocks in survival mode

Can not build or break blocks in creative mode. Started suddenly while building in a world. If I switch to creative mode, breaking and building work normal. Survival mode feels like adventure mode, for example when holding left mouse button, it hits only once.
