Writable book does not exist

There is no longer a Writable Book (Book and Quill) in the game, either in Creative Inventory or whit commands.
We can give ourselves a "writable_book" with an command but we receive a completely normal book.

The book and quill that I had in my inventory have been transformed into a simple book since 1.16.100.56 but the writable books have not been added in this version
