When I sign in my Microsoft Account, it doesnt want to run Minecraft

My minecraft doesn't want to run after i signed in my Microsoft account. Isn't this supposed to be the one fixed in 1.16.40? I tried logging in on the older 1.16.0 version and it works. Please help.
