unacceptable downtime for realms

My realm has been giving me and other users the "unable to connect to world" error. I have been unable to access realm for almost 7 days this month and this is completely unacceptable for a paid service. There must be an extended subscription or refund in some way to me, and all other users experiencing the same issue. FIX THE ISSUEE, UPDATE ON THE ISSUE, OR OFFER REFUNDS.
