Unable to spin character in the skin viewer

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the character creator;
2. Select any classic skin;
3. Try to spin it.

Expected Results:
You can spin the character and view all angles.

Observed Results:
You can't spin the character unless it's zoomed in.

Notes: If you highlight any button on the right side of the screen (such as "Zooming" or "See pack in store") after selecting the skin, the spinning will work (until you select another skin).
