Windows 10 bedrock to Console Bedrock

I play on both my PC and Console. I have a skin uploaded on my Windows 10 version I use for YouTube. However, I use my Xbox to record time-lapse segments for the episode. When I go on the Console Bedrock version it refuses to load my Windows skin, so whether I am playing with friends or recording my time lapse, I have use a different skin. In my Youtube videos it is a real problem, with friends it just sucks.
