the music discs will not play in minecraft pocket edition

I have asked some other people if they have had this same problem and they do, the problem is that in mcpe the music discs won't play in the jukebox. This affects ios and android from what I've gathered, on this website it says that this issue has been fixed but I haven't seen it actually fixed in minecraft.
