I can't connect tu to Realms

Hi! Since two weeks, I can't enter to my xbox account and obviously I can't enter to Realms. 

When I try it, it says minecraft has stopped, close app or send feedback.

I know that my account it's perfectly ok, cuz I can open it in the xbox app.

Also I've already uninstall and install again the game many many times but it hasn't work :/
