Realm not conect

I've been having a problem with my Realm server for a few days.

It is falling several times, I already made another subscription and then decided, but then we played about 3 days or so and the server stopped again.

I've tried everything and nothing has resolved! The message always appears (Could not connect to the world). I tested my friends' servers and theirs are working normally.

I ask you to look into this problem, as the situation is becoming unpleasant.
