Corals can survive on land, but not Coral Fans

Summary: When you are near a ocean, you can have Corals placed on waterlogged slabs just fine. However, Coral Fans die instantly if you even place them down.

Better Summary: When you place any Corals on a waterlogged slab, it will not die. ✔ However, if you place any Coral Fans on a waterlogged slab, it instantly dies. ❌

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a full block
2. Place a slab at the height where you can place blocks like flower pots, break the full block
3. Waterlog the slab
4. Now place any alive Coral on the slab ----> Works just fine, will not die ✔
5. Break the Coral and replace it with any alive Coral Fan ----> Dies instantly ❌

Expected Result: The Coral Fan stays alive like the Coral does.

Actual Result: The Coral stays alive, but the Coral Fan dies instantly
