Blue screen when starting minecraft

The latest version of Minecraft: bedrock edition released for console keeps causing my game to crash, and even my ps4 sometimes.

The chance of the game not crashing seems to be completely random, and from what I have heard from my fellow players, it seems to mostly effect players using the Disc copy of minecraft and not as much the copy bought from the Store
