Villager (shepherd) uses wrong station (cartography table)

Hi, 

 

Everyone in my village is doing is normal job/normal station. 

But then there is this one shepherd that is going in the cabin with the cartography table, then you can hear writing sounds, yet he remains shepherd (as do his trades).

The cartographer I had wandering around is gone. 

 

There is not much more to say, it's just weird. I couldn't find any issues/reports that had this issue.
