PS4 version stuck on loading screen. Deleted the game. Unable re-download.

Minecraft worked like a champ for years. Then last week it gets stuck on the red loading screen. After a dozen tries closing and launching the game, I kept getting the same results. 

Online forum user recommended uninstalling and reinstalling. After I uninstalled I went to PS4 store to re-download and got the following message: “you are not able to purchase this product for the following reason(s): you have already purchased Minecraft: PlayStation4 Edition” This is true. However, I cannot find out where to download the game again. I've searched the store and this is all I get.
