Villagers - Taking Job Blocks and Beds from other Villagers

This is on Realms.

I have a "village" of my own making with about 20 beds and 16 Job Blocks. 

After implementation of 1.16.4 suddenly two Villagers as farmers, have five babies and now those babies turn into farmers using the previously two villagers job blocks. 

I did not add beds or job blocks.
