(Invalid) XP levels have a limit of 24791

Summary: When you reach level 24791, you cannot go any further, it gets stuck at this level. This is odd, sense Java edition can go pass that to Infinity.

How to reproduce:

1. In survival mode
2. Use the command: /xp [from 24792 to Infinity]L @s

Observed Result: The XP bar level gets stuck at level 24791 and cannot go any further

Expected Result: The XP bar level should be able to go to Infinity and beyond
