Character creator items loads very slowly on PlayStation 4

Character creator items load super slowly on PlayStation 4. Compared to other platforms, the character creator items load almost instantly. But on PlayStation 4 it loads each and individual item slowly.

Observed results: The items load slowly.

Expected results: It should load at an appropriate speed.
