Logs out of Microsoft account

I play on Nintendo Switch Lite. After the 1.16.40 Hotfix update, when joining a friends world after 5-10 minutes of playing it says Error and kicks me off the world. I am then taken to the minecraft home screen and told to log into my Microsoft account again. I click that and log in and then realize whatever friend I was playing with needs to re-login to their account too. Sometimes when I try to login again it says I am unable to log in. The other worlds I have joined where this happens are from friends playing on nintendo switch, ps4, and windows 10 with bedrock.
