Marketplace on Nintendo Switch failed again (offer.category.xxxx)

The last update had fix this issue in the marketplace, where any of the items were shown and the labels were just like "offer.category.xxxx". However, after the 1.16.40 hotfix, the same error came back, and not even my user image is displayed. I hope it can be fixed again.
