mob spawning not effective as of java

village offers of zombie curing and hero of the village match java but why doesn't spawning match java

 

pls fix this

 

I.e I made a box low in the void in the overworld but it didn't spawn mobs

box in the end didn't spawn enderman even after covering it all sides

slime chunks didn't spawn slimes

 

pls fix this bug mojang
