Beta version 1.16 is stuck forever (even though I unenroll from beta in xboxInsider Hub)

Before I was able to enroll/unenroll from the beta in the xbox insider hub.

After this going back to the store and simply uninstalling minecraft for windows 10 was enough. Now does not matter I delete all minecraft's data from my computer and unenroll in the hub, whenever I uninstall and install I cannot get back version 1.15 and play my normal servers (without the RTX beta mode) like I used to before. It's been 2 months already this happens and I still cannot return to normal minecraft. Can you please help me find a solution for this?
