Minecrat on Nintedo Switch won't load entities in Marketplace and will not download the packs I previously bought

After opening minecraft on the switch it logs into my account, but none of my skins are loading.... then when I go to the marketplace, I can't see any of the product images, nor my pack images. I can purchase, download and play the items though. Also, packs I purchase on the switch and money I have on the switch is not available on my other consoles.
