My survival world got stuck

I was leaving the nether dimension when suddenly minecraft crashed and took me to the console menu. I re-entered my survival world, when loading, something corrupted appeared as shown in the image below and I took myself to the main menu. This happens to me every time I try to enter the world.
Please, I hope you fix it, I would appreciate it very much.
