Vindicator Celebration Glitch

Whenever I summon a Vindicator the command: /summon vindicator ~ ~ ~ minecraft:start_celebrating. It looked like the mob event causes the Vindicator to lose it’s arms to disappear. This also occur during the Vindicator’s celebration.
