Structure block corrupts world

Well i was working with the structure block and commands to make a boss fight. I finished it completely and saved it again. So I go to another world to test it and I try to paste it and it finds nothing (I had it save to disk). After leaving the world to try and see if I can find out why id didn't work it turned out the world got corrupted and I'm assuming the structure did too. It had also corrupted (at least I think corrupted because it no longer appears in the world list) the world I just made when I tried to paste it and nothing happened. The world Never corrupted until this one time I tried it in a different world.
