When I log onto minecraft and it auto signs in I am unable to join servers or realms

So I open minecraft on my nintendo switch and its auto signs in. I go to play, I can still play on my worlds but it says " we can not connect to realms right now. We will try again soon. Then when I go to servers it says coming soon and its been like this for two days. I've tried multiple times each day. I am signed into my microsoft and nintendo and have nintendo online. If you know why or how I can fix it I would love to hear it
