8 min water breathing potion effect stays less than 1 of 2 minutes

Respiration 3 and water breathing potion not working at very latest 1.16 update . I have got this bug when i went to fight ocean monument. i had 3 8min water breathing potion , and every single of this stays less than 1 or two minute . Its really very tough to collect this enchantments and effects and i died 3 times because of this bug and have lost a lot of diamond Armour and highly enchanted weapons. Its really frustrating.
