Old marketplace releases from the beginning until early 2019 are completely or partially wiped.

Impact:

Millions of players who have bought content over the years will lose the ability to play those maps and will cause a large number of back catalogue have to be removed/updated

Repro Steps:

1. Download an older map from 2018-early 2019 period, reproed on the following:

1. 1. Extreme Speed Snowman,
   2. Natures Heart,
   3. Nightmare in Candyland
   4. World of Horses
   5. Annie
2. Create a new world

Observed Results:

The spawn chunks are either partially or completely erased causing you to fall through the ground.

Expected Results:

The blocks should be there are normal and the map should be playable
