Summary: The game freezes whenever a client attempts to switch between the Overworld and The End with a render distance greater than 40 chunks.
Impact: This bug prevents proper gameplay for any player who attempts to teleport between dimensions with a render distance of 40 render distance or greater, severely hindering many players. This also holds back the release of one of our projects.
Repro Steps:
Step 1:
Generate a new vanilla world
Step 2:
Fly around in creative with a high render distance (40+ chunks preferably)
Step 3:
Run the command /setblock ~ ~ ~ end_portal and enter the portal
Observed Results: The game freezes on the loading screen
Expected Results: The game should load the End dimension correctly
