Performing `Pick Block` on a custom entity with "runtime_identifier": "minecraft:boat" does not return the custom spawn egg, but a boat spawn egg instead.

Summary:
When performing `Pick Block` on a custom entity that uses the following component the user with receive a spawn egg for a Minecraft boat and not the custom entity itself.

"runtime_identifier": "minecraft:boat"

Same behavior for Minecart

"runtime_identifier": "minecraft:minecart"

There is also a crash when this is performed on realms https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCM-979**

Impact:
Confusion why the `Pick Block` action is not returning the correct spawn egg.
This is a custom entity for new Noxcrew content to be released.

Repro Steps:
Load the world provided.
Perform a `Pick Block` action on the entities spawned before you.

Observed Results:
`Pick Block` action returns the Spawn egg for a Minecraft `Boat`

Expected Results:
`Pick Block` action returns the Spawn egg from the entity where the action is performed on.
