Summary: Equipment doesn't show the eq type on player

Impact: Not being able to know what eq other players or yourself are wearing can cause a big disadvantage in pvp games as well as causing confusion for local player. In minecraft maps where this is important it becomes a bigger issue.

Repro:

1. Create a new world
2. give yourself leather equipment
3. put it all on
4. replace any of the equipment with a different piece, for example iron or diamond

Observed result: The armor shown will reflect the first set of armor you wore and not the replaced armor.

Expected result: It should show you the armor you're wearing.
