Visual bug that impacts the playbility of the game and marketplace content for example City Mall where sheep were modelled after sheep.

Repro Steps:

1. Create a new survival world
2. go into creative
3. summon a sheep
4. give yourself shears
5. shear the sheep
6. close and open the game

Observed Results:

The sheeps wool stays on until you close and open the game. While this is merely a visual bug, some pieces of content like City Mall remodel the sheep to be cars which is the main point of the map. This causes the police car's lights to not be able to be taken off.

Expected Results:
the sheeps model should update according to the variant swap
