Players cant rotate Furniture on a realm

Verification builds and Platforms:
PlayStation 4, Xbox one, mobile device, windows 10 version and maybe some other platforms (1.14.)

Summary: Players that play our map "Advanced Furniture" are not able to rtate any entities with the rotation tool.

Impact: This content is currently live in the marketplace and has many downloads. We received some messages with negative feedback.   

Repro Steps:

1. buying the game
2. open a realm
3. rotating Furniture on a realm is not possible

Observed Results:
Rotating Furniture on a realm is not possible

Expected Results:

Furniture should be rotateable like on a normal map. (not on a realm)
