Players can't see any entites on the Minecraft Marketplace Product: "Dinosaur World" by Pixelbiester.

Verification builds and Platforms:
PlayStation 4, Xbox one, mobile device, windows 10 version and maybe some other platforms (1.14.)

Summary: Players that play our map "Dinosaur World" are not able to see any entities (dinos, cars ...).

Impact: This content is currently live in the marketplace and has probably many downloads. We are receiving hundreds of messages with negative feedback in reviews. After one day we have more than 220 ratings. It is also an expensive product and probably creates a lot of money.  

Repro Steps:

1. buying the game
2. downloading the game
3. create a world (problem occurs)
