Transparency on banners bleeds through to banners behind them

Summary:

Looking through transparent spots on banners causes banners behind to be see-through as well. This only happens in two compass directions: Facing West, Facing North.

Impact:

Just annoying really. Probably one of those things that players accept as "Just Minecraft being Minecraft", but should still probably be fixed.

Repro Steps:
You can repro this be creating a pack with banners that have transparency, or you could contact Greg and get the current Noxcrew project in development and use that instead. If you use the Noxcrew project, just tp yourself to 783 73 2092 and look around at the banners.

Observed Results:
When facing west or north, you can see transparency bleeding through to banners behind.

Expected Results:
You should be able to correctly see the parts of banners that you're supposed to be able to see.
